Please note that the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) authority regarding aviation operations - including but not limited to noise, flight path, and altitude - trump state and local regulations. The FAA is the sole regulator of aircraft operation within the U.S. which is why all complaints should be filed with the FAA. The Airpark's voluntary restrictions are not legally enforceable. However, community concerns are a strongly emphasized component of every meeting and internal memo at the Airpark.
